Light and Movement
ライト アンド ムーブメント

明るい光に包まれた空間で、地面から何かが跳ね上がるような、動きのあるイメージが思い浮かび、4分の曲にまとめました。微力ながら、今なお困難に直面される被災者の方々の力になりたいと思いを込めました。

When I was asked to compose for this project, I had an image of, in a bright light, something from the ground jumping, a kind of movement. I infused this image into a four-minute piece. Even though what I can do is little, I am hoping I can be a help for the people who still suffer.

Noriko Fujiwara

東京藝術大学音楽学部作曲科及び同大学院修士課程作曲専攻修了。アカンサス音楽賞、第9回東京国際室内楽作曲コンクール第3位、第25回ＡＣＬ青年作曲賞第2位入賞。2006～08年文化庁の新進芸術家海外留学制度2年派遣研修員として渡英し、英国北王立音楽院を修了。これまでに久留智之、南弘明、松下功、Adam Gorbの各氏に師事。

Noriko Fujiwara graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts with bachelor and master degrees. Along with the Acanthes Music Award, she has been awarded numerous prizes such as the third prize at the 9th Tokyo International Competition for Chamber Music Composition and the second prize at the 25th Asian Composers League Young Composers Award. From 2006 she studied for two years at the Royal Northern College of Music sponsored by the Japan Agency for Cultural Affairs. She has studied composition with Tomoyuki Hisadome, Akira Kitamura, Hiroaki Minami, Isao Matsushita, Adam Gorb, and David Horne.

日本民謡による瞑想曲
Méditation on Japanese folksong

この曲は、福島地方の「ほらねろねんねろ」という子守唄をもとに作曲されました。原曲の旋律が持つおおらかな抒情性が、この音楽を聴く人にもひとときの安らぎをもたらすことを願っています。

This piece is based on a lullaby from the Fukushima region. The melody of the original song is fragmented throughout the piece, while the form and harmony are also adapted from the lullaby. I hope the generous-hearted lyricism of the original will give listeners some peaceful moments.

Ryo Dainobu

1982年生まれ。国立音楽大学、パリ国立高等音楽院をともに最優秀の成績で卒業。作品はさまざまなアンサンブルやオーケストラによって、フランスを中心に各地で演奏、放送されている。2012年のユネスコ国際作曲家会議（IRC）では一般・若手作曲家両部門で作品が選出された。http://ryodainobu.jimdo.com/

Born in 1982, Ryo Dainobu graduated from Kunitachi College of Music and Le Conservatoire de Paris with honors. His pieces have been performed by many ensembles and orchestras (mainly in France) and have also been broadcast.
