1962年東京生まれ。湯浅譲二ゼミ、近藤譲ゼミに参加、南弘明氏に対位法を学ぶ。作曲の手ほどきを田中賢氏に受けた以外は殆ど独学。1995年第16回入野賞受賞。同年最初のCD「システマティック・メタル」、2008年「語りもの」と「鈴木治行電子音楽作品集vol.1」リリース。...近年は実験映画の飯村隆彦氏と共同作業を行っており、2011年サントリー・サマーフェスティバルにて氏との共同制作品が演奏された。

Haruyuki Suzuki was born in 1962 in Tokyo. At first he self-studied composition, then began formal studies with Masaru TANAKA and studied counterpoint with Hiroaki MINAMI, and participated in seminars with Joji Yuasa and Jo Kondo. He was awarded the 16th Irino Prize in 1995. In the same year, his first solo CD "Systematic Metal" was released; his second, "KATARIMONO", and third, "Electronic Works vol.1", were released in 2008. ...Recently he has been collaborating with Takahiko Iimura, a Japanese experimental film director. In 2011, their collaboration for ensemble, electronics and film was performed in the Suntory Summer Festival.

Peter unter Rolf- das ende eines schweren ringkampfes (peter below rolf - the end of a heavy wrestling match) is a very short piece that deals with the moment after something impulsive like a fight has happened. The only tension comes from the act, that happened before, and dominates the whole scene, where nothing really happens....

ニコラス・セイドル
Niklas Seidl

ライプツィヒとウィーンにてチェロとバロック・チェロを学ぶ。チェロ奏者としてヨーロッパ各地のアンサンブルならびにオーケストラで演奏し、現代音楽の研鑽を積む。2007年作曲の勉強を、クラウス・シュテファン・マンコフと、ヨハネス・ショルホーンのもと始める。作品は室内楽が多く、これまでに、ライプツィヒ、フランクフルト、ケルン等の都市で演奏される。

Niklas Seidl, studied cello and baroque-cello in Leipzig and Vienna. As a cellist he made some experiences in contemporary music among others with the Klangforum Wien, ensemble ascolta, musikFabrik, ensemble PHACE Vienna, Thürmchen Ensemble, SCHOLA Heidelberg, Stuttgarter Vocalsolisten, ensemble SurPlus, HR broadcast symphony orchestra and the Lucerne Festival Academy Orchestra. In 2007 he decided to study composition with Claus-Steffen Mahnkopf in Leipzig and with Johannes Schöllhorn in Cologne. Mostly Seidl writes chamber music (concerts at several festivals including Wien Modern, Darmstädter Ferienkurse, Deutschlandfunk, Schloss Solitude and in cities such as Leipzig, Frankfurt, Cologne etc.) ...
